Membership Terms

Memberships are annual subscriptions billed through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated invoicing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Event, trade mission and consulting fees are subject to the refund terms published with the specific product.

Restriction

Access to paid features is restricted automatically where a subscription is unpaid, cancelled or expired.
