Trust, evidenced by documents — not by claims.
Premium Verified is TradeBridge's institutional trust layer. It combines corporate registry checks, ultimate beneficial ownership, director identification, sanctions screening and a bank comfort letter to give counterparties a defensible reason to engage.
The double-star mark is only shown next to companies that have completed the full seven-step trust review below. The badge carries an expiry date and a verification statement.
- 01
Application
Any active Professional or above member may apply for the Premium Verified badge. The application form collects registry details, principal bank, UBO structure and directors.
- 02
Corporate registry check
TradeBridge pulls a live extract from the official registry of the company's home jurisdiction (ONRC Romania, Junta Comercial Brazil, ACRA Singapore, MCA India, etc.) and cross-checks legal name, registration number, tax ID and status.
- 03
UBO & directors
Ultimate beneficial owners above the applicable threshold are identified and screened. Directors provide passport or national ID and a proof of address dated within the last 90 days.
- 04
Bank comfort letter
A comfort letter or bank reference is requested directly from the company's principal bank, on bank letterhead, confirming the account relationship and standing. Delivered directly by the bank to TradeBridge trust operations.
- 05
Sanctions & adverse media
The legal entity, UBOs and directors are screened against OFAC, EU, UK and UN consolidated sanctions lists, PEP databases and adverse media sources.
- 06
Badge issuance
On successful completion, the ✦✦ Premium Verified badge is applied to the company profile with a signed verification statement and expiry date.
- 07
Annual renewal
The badge is valid for 12 months. TradeBridge re-runs registry, sanctions and bank reference checks each year. Material changes trigger an interim review.
The Premium Verified badge is a trust indicator based on documents supplied by the company and third-party sources at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of solvency, contract performance or future conduct, and it does not replace the counterparty's own due diligence. TradeBridge is an independent business platform; consulate and embassy patronage does not constitute a state endorsement of any specific transaction.
