Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the TradeBridge platform ("TradeBridge", "we", "us"). By registering, browsing or transacting on TradeBridge you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & verification

TradeBridge is a members' network for verified companies. All company registrations are subject to legal, tax and industry review before publication. TradeBridge may refuse, suspend or terminate any account.

2. Membership & billing

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis. Access to paid features is automatically restricted where a subscription is unpaid, cancelled or expired.

3. Facilitation, not intermediation

TradeBridge facilitates introductions, information exchange and business opportunities. TradeBridge does not guarantee transactions, solvency, product quality, regulatory compliance or payment between members unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Content ownership

Companies retain ownership of the content they upload. Companies grant TradeBridge a licence to display and process that content for platform purposes, including extraction and translation.

5. Prohibited activity

Prohibited activity includes misrepresentation, sanctions violations, prohibited goods, spam, scraping and any unlawful use.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeBridge's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Brașov, Romania.
