1. Data we collect

Company information, contact person data, uploaded documents, catalogues, transactional data, RFQs, messages, event registrations and platform usage.

2. Purpose of processing

Verification, matchmaking, RFQ routing, catalogue extraction, translation, billing, event administration, security and legal compliance.

3. Legal basis

Contract performance, legitimate business interests, legal obligations and explicit consent where required.

4. Automated processing

Documents you upload may be processed by automated extraction and translation systems. Extracted outputs are marked as drafts until reviewed and approved by your company.

5. Data sharing

Contact routing between members happens through TradeBridge by default. Direct contact details are exposed only where both parties are verified and permission is granted.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
